Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GetSparkleBid. By accessing or using GetSparkleBid, you agree to these Terms.

1. Marketplace role

GetSparkleBid is a marketplace that helps customers connect with independent cleaning professionals and cleaning businesses. GetSparkleBid is not the cleaning provider, employer, contractor, agent, or representative of the professionals using the marketplace. Customers and professionals are responsible for deciding whether to work with one another and for the services ultimately performed.

2. Customer requests and quotes

Customers may submit cleaning requests and receive quotes from participating professionals. A quote may include scope, price, timing, validity, and other terms supplied by the professional. Customers are responsible for reviewing a quote before accepting it. GetSparkleBid does not guarantee that a professional will submit a quote, that a quote will be the lowest available price, or that every requested job will be accepted.

3. Professional accounts

Professionals are responsible for keeping profile, service-area, business, availability, and contact information accurate. Professionals must have any licenses, insurance, registrations, or permissions required for the services they offer and the jurisdictions in which they operate.

4. Marketplace fees

GetSparkleBid may charge professionals marketplace or success fees when a customer selects their quote, subject to the pricing and promotional terms displayed in the product. Current promotional terms may include free initial wins. Fees charged by GetSparkleBid are separate from the price the customer agrees to pay the professional for cleaning services.

5. Payments for cleaning services

Unless GetSparkleBid explicitly states otherwise in the product, payment for the underlying cleaning service is arranged between the customer and the selected professional. GetSparkleBid’s marketplace fee does not mean that GetSparkleBid receives or controls the full payment for the cleaning work.

6. Communications and Job Room

Users may communicate through marketplace messaging features. Automated translation may be provided for convenience and may not always be perfect. Users should confirm important details such as dates, addresses, scope, prices, and access instructions directly within the conversation.

7. Reviews

Customers may be able to leave reviews after completed marketplace jobs. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or irrelevant content. GetSparkleBid may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or threatens marketplace integrity.

8. Cancellations, replacements, and fee reviews

GetSparkleBid may offer replacement-search or fee-review workflows in certain situations. Eligibility and outcomes depend on the circumstances and marketplace records. A replacement request does not automatically guarantee a refund, fee reversal, or a new professional.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use GetSparkleBid to submit fraudulent requests, impersonate others, scrape or misuse personal information, circumvent marketplace protections or fees, send unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the service, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law.

10. No guarantee of service quality

Professionals are independent third parties. GetSparkleBid may provide profiles, marketplace history, ratings, reviews, and other information to help users make decisions, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or outcome of services performed by a professional.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, service areas, or marketplace rules as the product evolves. We may also take reasonable action to protect users, prevent abuse, or maintain marketplace integrity.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSparkleBid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from marketplace interactions or services performed by third-party professionals. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

13. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse, nonpayment of applicable fees, repeated policy violations, legal compliance, or protection of the marketplace and its users.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as GetSparkleBid evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
